Make a Freedom of Information (FoI) request

The Freedom of Information (FoI) Act enables you to access information we hold.

If you want to make a request:

  • it must be in writing
  • you do not have to explain to us why you want the information
  • we aim to provide all information requested unless there is a reason why we can't (an exemption)
  • we have 20 working days to respond (if we aren't able to respond within this time we will contact you with an estimated alternative date)
  • requests are free (sometimes there might be an administration fee)
