Applications for electoral registration
The deadline for registering to vote in these elections was 12 midnight on Tuesday 7 May 2019.
Registered European Union citizens
The deadline for Registered European Union citizens (other than the UK, Ireland, Cyprus or Malta) submitting a European Parliament Voter Registration was Tuesday 7 May 2019.
European Parliament Voter Registration forms were sent to all registered European Union citizens living in the Welwyn Hatfield borough on 12 April 2019.

*An emergency proxy may be granted where the emergency occurred after 5pm on Wednesday 15 May 2019 on the grounds of a physical incapacity or for work/service reasons. All applications must be received by the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Thursday 23 May 2019. Please contact Electoral Services on 01707 357 300 for advice if this is required.
