Reception opening hours
There are some changes to our reception opening times at our main council offices at Campus East, Welwyn Garden City and White Lion Square, Hatfield.

Emergency contact
Our out of hours service for reporting emergency situations remains open as normal.
Parks and Leisure facilities
Our playing fields and parks will remain open, some facilities such as toilets and kiosks may be closed.

Campus West
Campus West our cinema, soft play and entertainment venue will be closed on Wednesday 25 December. You can find out what's on over the festive period at the Campus West website.
The Hive
The Hive will be closed on 25, 26, 27 and 28 December. See our Facebook page for the latest updates.
Museum Service
Mill Green Museum is closed as normal over winter period but open for specific events, view the Mill Green Museum website for details.
Welwyn Roman Baths is closed over the winter period and reopens in February 2025.
