Community Catch-Up prize draw terms and conditions

1. This is a free prize draw.
2. The prize is not negotiable. The prize is non-transferrable and is not redeemable for cash.
3. To enter fill in the feedback survey and tick the relevant box acknowledging you wish to be entered into the draw.
4. The winner will be selected at random by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council’s Resident Involvement team.
5. If you are the winner of the prize, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council will contact you via email or telephone by 16 July 2024.
6. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winning correct entry and the prize shall go to the owner of that second winning correct entry. If necessary, this process will be repeated until such time as the prize is claimed.
7. By participating in this competition, you agree to be featured in any/all Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council content produced for social media and any future Digital/traditional marketing material related to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council if you are a winner.
8. All email addresses and/or phone numbers will be held securely on a server in accordance with the UK GDPR.  WHBC will not use this information for any other purpose.
