Consultation on proposed new tenancy agreement terms and conditions

Thank you to everyone who took part in the consultation on the proposed changes to the Tenancy Agreement which took place in January.

Over 80% of those who answered the questions either agreed or strongly agreed with the suggested changes.

The tenancy agreement was last updated in 2017 and the changes proposed to the terms and conditions were to ensure it is up to date current legislation and that it allows us to manage your tenancy effectively.

The proposed changes will not end the current tenancy you have with us or affect how the council reviews your rent
