Grass Cutting

Grass cutting in open spaces, residential roads and communal grassed areas is currently being undertaken. However, the grass cutting usually completed as part of the council's welfare gardening scheme is not being completed to protect residents and crews at this time.

Other grounds maintenance activities, such as the weeding of bedding, are being undertaken where these can be completed in line with current social distancing guidelines. You can do your bit to help keep everyone safe by not approaching crews when they are working.
