Manage your rent account by checking your balance and payments regularly.

It's important that you regularly check your rent account balance to ensure that you don't fall in to arrears.

Using SeeMyData is the best way to manage your rent account. It gives you online access to an up to date rent statement which details all of the charges and payments (including benefit payments) to your account.

Your rent account balance is shown when your first log in and will be displayed in blue if you are in credit or red if you are in arrears.

If we hold a mobile phone number for you on our records, you can request an up to date rent balance by texting "BAL" to 07944854854.

You'll immediately receive a text message back stating your balance.

Text messages are charged at your network rate. This is an automated service and should not be used to contact us for any other requests. If we do not hold your mobile phone number and you would like to use this service, please contact us us to provide your details.

Your can check your account by calling your neighbourhood housing office. Please note our office opening hours before contacting us by telephone.
