What is included in your leaseholder service charge

Details of what is included in your charge are found in the Leasehold service charge pages.

Services may be different in each block. Not all leaseholders will be charged the same.

Your service charge does not include:

• services for tenants such as managing applications for housing
• repairs to individual properties
• Housing Benefit
• grounds maintenance (except for fencing and communal driers).

Cost for major works

We will tell you in advance if your property will be part of any major renovation work.

We consult you if:

• we are planning maintenance works which will cost you £250 or more
• we are planning maintenance which will cost you £100 or more per year.
