SeeMyData tenant portal is no longer available

You will soon be able to lookup your rent account balance and make a rent payment online using My Account. Get ready by registering on My Account.

In the coming months the new feature on MyAccount will enable you to:

  • manage your council tenancy details
  • check your rent balance
  • make rent payments
  • view your rent statements
  • report non-emergency housing repairs

To a request a copy of your up-to-date rent statement in the meantime email the Income and Home Ownership Team at housingincome@welhat.gov.uk. Please remember to quote your rent account reference number in your email.
