Cooling tower permits
You must notify us if you have a cooling tower or evaporative condenser on your premises. This is set out in The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992.
It means we can identify areas at greater risk of spreading infectious diseases such as legionella. We ensure preventative measures are in place to eliminate the risk of infection to employees and the public.
