Community Awards Criteria

Voluntary and Community Sector Organisation of the Year

This award recognises a Voluntary and Community Sector group or organisation which has best supported Welwyn Hatfield residents.

Judges will be looking for examples of exceptional teamwork and initiatives that have done something outstanding to support and empower our residents.

This maybe through:

  • grassroots projects working with the community
  • community events
  • ongoing activities/services offered to residents.
