Landlords who receive direct payment of housing benefit for their tenants can use the online portal to view detailed breakdowns of payments, letters and schedules, and the details of directly paid tenants claims.
The new Renters' Rights Act comes in to force from 1 May bringing new rights and responsibilities for landlords, letting agents and tenants. Landlords and lettings agents must act now to ensure they comply.
