We are committed to making our activities, premises and exhibitions accessible to everyone.

Accessible toilet

Available at Mill Green Museum on the ground floor and at the Welwyn Roman Baths in the car park

Lifts

Available at Mill Green Museum from the ground floor to study area (used for talks and some children's activities).  The Welwyn Roman Baths is a single storey structure.

Large print leaflets

All our text is in larger font sizes in displays wherever possible. Some large print leaflets about the site are also available onsite and large print leaflets can be sent in advance by request.

Available on loan from reception at both sites

Baby Changing facilities

Available at Mill Green Museum on the ground floor and at the Welwyn Roman Baths.

Baby nursing rooms

Available on request on most days unless very busy

Clipboards, pens and paper

Available on loan from reception at both sites

Hearing loop system

Available at Mill Green and Welwyn Roman Baths reception desks. Also available in the  Mill Green study area during all talks and lectures. (Mill Green reception desk system is currently under repair)
