Historic Article 4 Directions
Some historic Article 4 Directions are in place. These are listed below.
Northaw and Cuffley
Historic Article 4 Directions exist on different sites in the Northaw and Cuffley Parish.
They restrict the erection, maintenance, improvement or alteration of fences, walls and gates and place limits on the use of the land for temporary events.
They are:
- Article 4 for land to the West of Coopers Green Lane in Northaw (from January 2003)
- Article 4 for land South of the Ridgeway in Northaw (from May 2005)
- Article 4 for land South West of Burleigh Way in Northaw and Wells Farm, in Cuffley (November 2006)
There is also an Article 4 for all of Northaw and Cuffley (December 1951) it places restrictions on agricultural buildings on the land.
North Mymms (West of Brookman's Park)
An Article 4 Direction is in place which limits on the use of the land for temporary events.
