The action plan

The strategy is supported by a five year action plan detailing exactly how, with our partners, we are going to:

  • Increase housing supply across tenure.
  • Improve the standards and safety of housing in the rental market.
  • Use and adapt our own housing stock to meet the changing needs of the people who require it.
  • Provide accommodation and or support for those with mobility, health and well being needs.
  • Prevent homelessness and rough sleeping as well as helping homeless households find other homes.
