Hatfield Market Place Redevelopment Consultation

We are carrying out an ambitious programme of regeneration and improvements in Hatfield Town Centre.

This work has already included:

• The Common multistorey car park
• Improvements to White Lion Square
• One Town Centre commercial and residential redevelopment (underway)
• Link Drive residential development (underway)

We now wish to carry out improvements to Hatfield Market Place and would like your views on this.

Though we do not own the commercial units here, we do own the square itself. We believe a revitalised Market Place could provide a focal point for the town, improving footfall and bringing additional vitality to the town centre.
