Apply for a Tree Protection Order (TPO)
Tree Preservation Orders allow us to protect important trees.
You can ask for them be placed on any tree or group of trees, of any age, which have amenity value and are in a good physical condition.
To ask for a Tree Preservation Order, contact us with details of:
- where the tree is
- what type of tree it is
- and why it is important.
TPOs cannot be applied to dead, dying or dangerous trees, or hedges, bushes and shrubs.
