Our upgraded Council Tax, Housing Benefits and Business Rates self-service portal

We have launched an upgraded online portal that offers greater access to your Council Tax, Housing Benefits and Business Rates details.

You will be able to use the secure online portal at anytime to:

report a change in your circumstances, such as moving house or a change in your income
set up a direct debit to pay your Council Tax or Business Rates bill
make a new Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support claim and upload supporting documents
view your Council Tax or Business Rates bills and payments and download copies of new bills
apply for Council Tax discounts and exemptions online

How to use the new portal

You will need to register even if you had an online Council Tax, Benefits or Business Rates account with us in the past.
On your first login, you will be prompted to create a new account.
Make sure you register using your name exactly as it appears on your statement.
Follow the step by step guides to accessing your Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction or Business Rates online.

Once registered you will be able to access your details quickly and easily in the future.
