To report a repair email us at housingmaintenance@welhat.gov.uk or call us on 0800 111 4484.
We will assess all repair requests to decide who is responsible for repairing the problem. See what repairs you are responsible for.
We will prioritise the repair depending on the urgency of the work. View the timescales for repairs.
An appointment slot will be offered to you depending on the urgency and type of repair. Our repairs contractor, Morgan Sindall, will contact you by phone or text before your scheduled appointment. You will have the opportunity to reschedule if the time or date is no longer convenient.
Please note all gas and hot water repairs will be carried out by PH Jones and Aaron Services.
