Essential documents you will need to provide

  • If your application is successful you will need to provide copies of invoices/receipts as evidence for what the funding has been spent towards.
  • Last three months’ bank statement.
  • Evidence of the bank account details - which can either be a statement, cheque or paying in slip that confirms account details and address.
  • Budget for the proposed project.
  • Appropriate governance document for the applicant organisation - constitution / terms of reference.
  • Equality and diversity policy/statement.
  • Safeguarding policies for children and adults at risk (if applicable).
