Birchwood Close, Hatfield
2 two bedroom houses are being built on a former garage site.Completion: September 2019


Great Ganett, Welwyn Garden City
5 three bedroom houses and 2 two bedroom houses.  Completion: March/April 2019


Little Ganett, Welwyn Garden City
1 two bedroom house.Completion: September 2019.


The Firs
2 two bedroom bungalows.Completion: June 2019


We will be delivering 22 new affordable homes as part of the third phase of our Affordable Housing Programme.

Burfield Close*
24 one bedroom flats for older people and 5 domestic use garages.Proposals to build a temporary accommodation facility.


Howlands House, Welwyn Garden City*
 72 temporary accommodation units.New temporary accommodation blocks to be redeveloped on site.


Little Mead
3 two bedroom houses and 4 three bedroom houses.New houses built on a former garage site.
