Right to Repairs

8.1 Incoming tenants will have the same right to repairs as outgoing tenants and in accordance with our Repairs and Maintenance guide.

Any repairs or alterations that were the responsibility of the former/outgoing tenant will pass to the new tenant as they will agree to accept the property 'as seen'.

8.2 Where the property has been left in an unacceptable condition by the outgoing tenant, WHBC may arrange for clearance to take place and will recharge the outgoing tenant.
