    1. Please make sure you include any new information which you think might be relevant and which may not have been raised before in your application. It's very important that you provide as much information as possible about why you disagree with our original decision.

      Your request can only be considered based on the information available to the Senior Officer at the time they consider your case. This is why it is very important to include as much information as possible.

      Applications without any new information or that have been submitted outside of the agreed timescale will be reviewed on the basis of the information we already have.

      You may wish to seek independent advice from a Solicitor, the Citizens Advice Bureau or a Housing Advice Agency before submitting your application.

      You can ask someone else to make a review application on your behalf. If you do ask someone else, they will need to include their name and address in the application so that we will know they are acting on your behalf.
