National Standards and Guidance:
Economic/Consumer Standards Home Standard - Repairs and maintenance Registered providers shall meet all applicable statutory requirements that provide for the health and safety of the occupants in their homes. Tenant Involvement and Empowerment Standard - Customer service, choice and complaints Registered providers shall provide tenants with accessible, relevant and timely information about progress of any repairs work.
