Call Recording
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council has the ability to record telephone calls.
Not all calls are recorded but call recordings could be used:
- to assist in quality training of staff
- to investigate and resolve a complaint
- for the detection, investigation and prevention of crime, including fraud
