Dead animals
We will remove dead animals from open spaces accessible to the public, including the pavements.
Animals found dead on private property are the responsibility of the landowner. We do not remove them and would suggest you contact a pest control company.
Contact Hertfordshire County Council to remove dead animals from public highways.
Report dead animals on public land
We need to know:
- the location of the animal
- an approximate weight of the animal
