Succession policy

Scope

1.1 This document sets out how Welwyn Hatfield Borough Councils (WHBC) will manage the succession of tenancies.

1.2 This policy applies to all tenants who have a Secure Tenancy or a Flexible Tenancy with the council and any members of their household applying for succession.
